Internal sales representative
The Internal Sales Representative develop and maintain strong working relationships with an approach focused on identifying needs and providing solutions. This position is based at our Head Office.
- Provide service to various accounts for the Marcelle and Annabelle brands, to our retail partners across Canada;
- Cover a predetermined list of customers by phone;
- Promote Marcelle et Annabelle brand products;
- Maintain electronic customer files;
- Manage orders and other in the system;
- Achieve sales targets;
- Produce weekly and monthly reports;
- Assist with customer's inventory and returns.
- Relevant experience in internal sales representatives or in a call center;
- Experience in Cosmetic /Skincare markets highly desired;
- Solid Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Word and Excel;
- Fluent in French and English, both oral and written;
- Customer oriented and focus on providing exceptional service;
- Well organized and attention to detail;
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a conscientious professional manner;
- Strong ability to meet Team objectives through individual contribution;
- Be centred on the search for solutions.
