Alcohol-free antiseptic hand sanitizing gel with Benzalkonium Chloride 0.13% and aloe vera extract, kills harmful bacteria and germs without drying out skin.
APPLICATION
Rub thoroughly into hands for at least 30 seconds. Allow to dry.

This is not a fast absorbing sanitizer! You really need to give it at least 30 seconds to work in. Absolutely won’t dry if your hands are damp! So definitely to be used with dry hands. I like that it eventually drys with no sticky residue. It’s a decent price point. The twisting lid they chose is kind of hard to close after use with the product on your hands. Overall I did really like this product and because I have super sensitive skin I have bought more!
