Sales administrator







Sales administrators provide essential support for the sales team. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of listings, COOP Calendars and Matrix maintenance. They help to o improve the productivity of Key Account Managers by dealing with head offices queries. This position contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.




  • Maintain and update our products listing for all banners within their specific programs ( ECCnet, Vendor Board, extranet, ect)




  • Maintain Matrix distribution centralized document and publication


COOP Update:


  • Maintain COOP calendars and publication

  • Coordination of COOP samples shipment as well as CD image to Head office/KAM


    JDE system:


  • Maintain all products description in system

  • Maintain price lists for all different customers in the system as well as all trade promotional programs

  • Maintain return authorization number in JDE and publication




    Update order forms, return forms inventory book and arrange for printing with purchasing agent and distribution update with RSM

    Update price lists and publication


    Buying Shows:


    Coordinate and ensure all listings with KAM Managers, products, baskets ordering


    Monthly Reports:


    Maintain dealsheet/mock ups distribution for the sales team

    Translation of documents for the sales force

    Prepare orientation schedule for new hired sales employee

    Special projects


    We would like to meet you if you have:


    • Experience in retail industry and/or cosmetics

    • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position

    • Former experience/background in sales and/or marketing is recommended

    • Knowledge of trade channels (mass and drug)

    • Fluent in French and English( verbal and written)

    • Strong Computer skills
