Following the approval of your order, as demonstrated by the Marcelle.com confirmation e-mail, your order is prepared, your account charged, and your package shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation shipping e-mail with the carrier information. By clicking on the link in the e-mail you will be directed to the carrier website, where you will be able to track your parcel.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days (processing time excludes weekends and statutory holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the next business day. Orders for priority shipping will be processed the next business day if received after 8:00 am ET. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays). All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed.
Marcelle.com is currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of Canada or the Continental US.
Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order is shipped.

Marcelle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit quantities, terminate accounts and refuse or cancel any order, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, Marcelle will issue a full refund.
