The position incumbent will have to coordinate and communicate various aspects of Marketing programs such as promotion and product launches. He/she will manage various relationships with internal and external collaborators.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Assist Product Managers in defining and executing their marketing plans;
Coordinate various projects including document production in collaboration with other departments and external suppliers (such as graphic artists and printers);
Develop, revise and correct promotional material ;
Answer different Sales department queries;
Participate to sales report preparation, as well as compiling and analyzing Marketing programs data;
Participate in competitive intelligence research and Marketing strategies development;
Manage a budget by negotiating agreements with suppliers, create Purchase orders, process bills and track budget compliance;
Support Product Managers in all administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Bachelor degree in business / marketing;
At least one (1) year experience in marketing;
Great verbal and written communication skills;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, as well as knowledge of graphic and printing processes;
Retail, cosmetics or related industry knowledge and understanding is an asset.

Ability to work under pressure and to manage priorities;
Bilingual (French/English) is a must.
