Add a drop of water to the eye shadow and it transforms into a deeper and more dramatic effect. Its incredibly fine colour pigments are treated with silicone to dissolve immediately when in contact with water. Once dry, the eye shadow returns to its initial shape without hardening.

For added colour intensity, moisten sponge applicator with a little water and mix directly with the colour of your choice until a velvety paste is obtained.
If you prefer a more translucent and natural look, simply apply the eye shadow in its dry form.
Misplaced your eyeliner? Use these eye shadows wet and get the same effect! Apply with an angle brush for extra precision. For a kohl-like effect, apply with the tip of the sponge applicator.
Hold a facial tissue under your eye when applying powder eye shadow to catch any falling powder to keep your foundation untouched.
