I recently purchased the new BB Cream & really like this new product. However, what I am having a difficult time with is the pump bottle. After only using it twice, the pump spray clogs & squirts out in little bursts which ends up all over my sink or on my clothes. I use a toothpick to unclog the hole but still am having difficulty having it come out on my finger. I have to take the entire top off & use directly from the bottle which I don't like to have to do. I normally use Revlon's foundation which has a similar pump bottle which works much better. Thought you'd like to know what your customers think!

We have found that the pump works best if it's held upright (90 degrees, vertical) when pumping. The mechanism works best this way instead of horizontally. If you're still having issues, kindly contact our Consumer Relations at info@groupemarcelle.com.
