Cleansing Water = make-up remover?

Can this be? Can a water that seems so simple (truly, what is simpler than water?) be so effective? Certainly. The Marcelle Soothing Cleansing Water joins the reign of favorite effective cleansers. Clean beauty made simple. The expresssion “Easy does it” has never made more sense!
What is cleansing water?
It’s an eye make-up remover, facial cleanser and tonifying lotion. All in one.
Marcelle Essentials Soothing Cleansing Water
You dampen a cotton pad with it and gently swipe it across your face, neck, eyelids and lips. Flip the cotton pad over and repeat until all impurities are gone. The beauty of it is that it requires no rinsing, in addition to being as easy to use as learning your ABCs. No foam in your eyes, no stinging sensation, no mess around the sink. Just clean comfortable skin, ready for your moisturizer.
The Marcelle Essentials Soothing Cleansing Water is primarily formulated with water in which a fatty component, with an infinitely small molecular structure, is added. It is a new form of dual-phase (water and oil) cleanser, served in a whole new molecular structure. The result? The best of both worlds. The ease of removing make-up and impurities in just a few swipes, with no rubbing, pulling or irritation; and the lightness, refreshing sensation of water. Active ingredients are added for additional benefits. We selected the very soothing, refreshing and moisturizing aloe juice; the reputable glycerin for its moisturizing and hydration-binding properties and cucumber extract for its purifying, cooling, soothing and decongestant properties. It respects the skin’s natural pH balance and hydrolipidic barrier and is therefore non drying.
